Purpose of the quick scan

Completing this quick scan form is the first mandatory step in preparing your subsidy application. Please note that you cannot use this form to apply for a subsidy.
The UPF team will use the quick scan to review your project idea and provide non-binding advice on your intended proposal. Within 4 weeks, you will receive our advice and a registration code by email. After this advisory process, you can decide whether to submit a formal subsidy application.

Application period

You can only submit your quick scan from Friday, 23 October 2026, 10:00 CEST until Thursday, 3 December 2026, 17:00 CET.
If you have completed and saved this form, you can later reopen the form and submit the form by using the 'Send' button.

Expected completion time

The average time to complete this form is approximately 30 minutes.

Interim saving

Save your details regularly. If you do not make any changes to the form for 15 minutes, it will close. If you want to continue later, click on ‘Save’ at the top left of your screen.
