About this form

The Netherlands Enterprise Agency has granted you a project subsidy. Please use this form to notify us of any changes. You must report the following changes as soon as possible:

Administrative changes;
Changes to the duration or timetable: premature termination, suspensions, changes to milestones or to start and/or end dates;
Changes to objectives and/or activities;
Changes to the national or international partnership;
Financial changes: budget change of 25% or more on a yearly basis, VAT obligation changes, suspension of payment, bankruptcy or debt rescheduling scheme;
Postponement of reporting, final reporting and/or final declaration;
Transfer of rights and/or knowledge;
Division, merger or takeover of the company.

Please note: for some changes you must request permission from Netherlands Enterprise Agency in advance.

Saving Data

The entered data is not automatically saved. Regularly save your form while completing it. To do this, click on the ‘Save’ button (top right of the screen). This avoids the loss of the entered data. Your data is stored in a file on your computer.
If you entered and saved data previously, click on the ‘Open’ button to open the saved .tfa file. The previously entered data is then loaded, after which you can continue where you left off or change the data.
